I'm not sure there is much difference among meat tenderizers. This one seems to do the trick. However, I think that it's not crafted as neatly as expected. I selected the green choice, and I think the application of the green rubber-like material seems a little sloppy. It makes me wonder how long it will last. The metal part is very solid. Just wanted to say first off , it my first time ever using a device like this . there was trouble with shipping being delayed. It has no instructions to put together or how to use it and I kinda wish it had an option for left-handed. I’m struggling to take the blade off to wash it. I believe there’s a safety mechanism because it gets stuck lock up when I go slide it back it’s caught But other than that, it works good. I really enjoy the amount I saved in grocery bill. Since the cooling wind hold might be able to cause deformation during transportation, we will specifically explain: the inside of this red cover is a cooling fan, which has nothing to do with the inside of the motor. If you receive a deformed cooling wind hold, please test the machine in time and contact our customer service. We will re-send this accessory in time, and its damage will not affect the function of the machine. Please rotate the thickness adjustment knob on the head of the machine, it can adjust the gap between the two grinding pads inside the machine. If you adjust the thickness adjustment knob continually, it will affect the grinding pads of the friction. With too much, the torque of the motor cannot drive. Just turn the thickness adjustment knob in the opposite direction. The machine may not discharge or stop working in the grinding of dry grain: first, refer to the description of the second point. If the machine fails to resume operation, it is most likely caused by abrasive flakes and grain blockage inside the machine. Open the machine compartment, remove the grinding pads, remove the grain in the machine compartment, and then reinstall the grinding pads. The machine does not work well when grinding wet grains or wet corns: machines grinding wet grains and wet corn, need to add water while adding grain or corn. The user is advised to connect a small water pump or water pipe to the hopper feed. If there is no water or too little water, the ground grains will become slimy and block the grinding discs. In addition, after grinding the wet grain, the boot bin should be disassembled to dry the grinding discs and the interior of the cabin. These parts are made of steel. If they are not dried, they will easily rust. First grinding: we recommend repeatedly grinding about 2 pounds of dry grain for 15-20 minutes to remove debris in the cabin.

I was using my neighbors meat grinder that was probably purchased in the 70’s to grind some of my roast that were left from our 1/2 beef. I ran out of hamburger faster and didn’t have anymore. I was looking for something that could be apples to apples in design, weight and quality. I purchased this one for its design, meat sizes for grinding and the fact it had a storage compartment for them. Not to mention it had good reviews. When it came I used it right away and it did not disappoint. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a mid price range grinder for when a tasks required it. It gets my five stars ⭐️. Ronald.
