Really like the design/concept. Very convent to chop and slide right into a bowl kr strainer, you can pick up the bowl and slide waste right into a garbage disposal. Wood is of good thickness and finish, although the first unit arrived split in 2 places (due to the construction, it appears pieces flue together).
