The spirits glass is perfect for harmonizing the aroma and the taste of spirits, tempering the alcohol and the stringency of the palate, and emphasizing the bouquet. The slim, flute-shaped bowl allows its contents a very small evaporation surface. The RIEDEL Superleggero is a masterpiece of state-of-the-art technology. The perfection of premium machine-made glass compared to handmade lies in the precision of the bowl and rim diameter and its consistent quality. The collection includes the largest, thinnest, and lightest glasses with the widest base diameter of up to 106 mm ever produced on the machine to date. Premium machine-made and dishwasher safe. “Premium” defines the advantage of machine-blown RIEDEL glass vs. hand-made glass. The difference lies within the precision. Since RIEDEL glasses are fine-tuned instruments that support your wine enjoyment, we must make sure that there are no variances in the execution of the bowl and rim diameter, which is the key to our philosophy!

Smaller than what I thought but great glasses! Would definitely buy more, they are lighter but that’s what I like.. Christopher. Vancouver, WA. Sun Jun 02 2024

The chardonnay glass is perfect to reveal the intensity of full-bodied white wines, including the wine's multi-layered aromas. This glass has a diamond shape that works beautifully for big and bold New World wines as the extreme angles offer more space to develop aromas. Larger than a typical white wine glass, it develops a wonderfully diverse range of aromas. The wide open-mouthed bowl emphasizes finesse while minimizing the risk of richer-style white wines becoming over-concentrated. The Extreme glasses are named after their extreme contours. The bowls mimic polished diamonds and their wide angles allow plenty of room for the wine to breathe. They are specifically designed to enhance and emphasize the pleasant softness and generally fruity notes of the New World wines. Machine-made and dishwasher-safe. This pack contains 2 pieces.

It’s not a myth that wine shape matters. This will make your Chardonnays shine. It’s fun to compare in a cheaper glass or material and see how different the wine tastes!. Lillian. Denver. Thu Oct 08 2026
