The items are gorgeous, unfortunately, fedex broke one of the plates. You can see where the box was damaged and that's where the broken plate was. Pfaltzgraff Stoneware is great for casual dining. There are a few imperfections but not really noticeable and I only noticed it during my careful inspection upon delivery.
