I saw this drying rack on Wirecutter and it’s been a great purchase. When it’s folded up and stored on its side, it takes up about two horizontal inches under my sink. It can also support a surprising amount of weight, including a stainless steel pot and a Dutch oven at the same time. I would highly recommend for anyone with a small kitchen.. Max A..
