The large bottom well of the Pot Lid Stand collects moisture and drips. Holds 2 lids of any size or 1 lid and 1 spoon. Nonskid rubberized feet prevent sliding. BPA free.

Crafted from real white marble and polished to smooth perfection, this marble spoon rest enhances your kitchen décor while keeping countertops clean. The classic beauty of marble is combined with a modern, streamlined design to create a functional yet sophisticated kitchen essential.

I really like this spoon rest. My weakness is anything marble. I imagine that it is prone to staining with acidic foods and tomato sauce but so far I have been using it for two months and no discoloration noted. There are darker spots as expected as part of the natural marks of the stone. While this might annoy some I do not mind them. A lot prettier than other spoon rests I have encountered especially if you have natural stone featured in your kitchen.. Nao. Flushing, NY. Sun Jun 30 2024

Beloved for its sophisticated simplicity, versatility, and durability, Lastra is our bestselling collection. The Lastra spoon rest is an extremely useful piece for your kitchen, and it brings a dash of Italian style to your cooking. Lastra’s design was inspired by the circular wooden slabs used for centuries to create the outer mold in cheesemaking throughout Italy. When fashioned together with twine, the hoop was left with a slight overlap to help maintain the shape of the cheese mold. Maestro molder Stefano Roselli incorporates the overlapping detail into the entire design, from its foot to its rim. A dark dusting on the edges of each piece suggests the ash that was used to preserve these cheeses and highlights each unique silhouette.
