Pfaltzgraff Stoneware is great for casual dining. There are a few imperfections but not really noticeable and I only noticed it during my careful inspection upon delivery. I haven’t used them yet but I’m a little concerned about the decorative rim holding up after repeated cleaning in the dishwasher. They came very well packed and I didn’t have any broken pieces.. Beautiful dish set! I was little nervous about purchasing dish set online due to shipment damage and not able to see them in person prior to purchase. But as other reviewers mentioned this dish set is very beautiful in person. Bowels are practical size for many different use (soup, rice, cereal etc), big plate is perfect size for dinner plate, small plate is good for dessert or side dishes.
