Great concept for a scale. I had a Guzzini balance for 10 years and it just broke as we dropped it on the floor. Loved it, so I bought a new one. What I like is the dual measurements: Kilos and pounds. We follow so many different recipes, particularly from France and Italy. It looks good and doesn't take much space in my cabinet. The only minus is that the weight is not absolutely exact. This scale was nicely packaged in its own box and then packed in a sturdy mailing box. I tested it and compared it with my battery operated luggage scale and the readings were very similiar, each different by about 8 oz. to 1 lb. with each other. This scale is very good for heavy items, such luggage, but I would not use it for lighter items such as for USPS mail. Overall, this is a very good item for travel as no battery is needed and the digital read-out is easy to see. I look forward to using it for airlines travel after the pandemic.. Kenneth. PA.
