Even though the machine is compact, it does a great job for what I need. It also doesn’t take up much counter space, which is another big plus for me. It is one of those appliances that is actually easy to keep around and use regularly instead of something that ends up sitting in a cabinet. And it is not just for ice cream! On the weekends, you can also use it for different drinks and frozen cocktails. So after a long week, you can make a nice frozen drink and enjoy a proper tequila cocktail . Great product for the price. I've been using this machine at my boba shop for 2 weeks and it's not bad. However, not really a commercial rated product since the output is less than advertised. It's approximately 3-4 servings (170g per serving which is a standard) at once then wait 3-5 minutes for chamber to freeze soft serve again for reuse. The actual output is approximately 48-60 serving per hour at the most not 200 servings. It's still a bargain for the price and the quality of the soft serve ice cream it dispenses is excellent.
