I'm loving my new Countertop Single Burner Hot plate! I actually purchased this one for convenience. I have a large wooden decorative stovetop cover on my kitchen stovetop so it was a little inconvenient for me to have to keep removing it every time I wanted to just cook a single item of food. This Burner Hot Plate is a very nice one. I love the size of the Burner it fits all my medium to large bottom cookware. I also love how I can easily turn the burner dial from low heat to high heat and in seconds it gets to that level of heat. This very nice quality Countertop Single Burner I would say it's definitely one of those items you would not hesitate to pay more for. Happy with the induction plate so far. The only thing that is is missing is is an actual temp read out instead of pre programed selection of numbers from 1-9 where the default temp selection is 5. I’m very happy with this double burner. It arrived well packaged and completely ready to use right out of the box. I tested it shortly after receiving it and was impressed with how quickly the burners heated up. I purchased this specifically to use out back when cooking foods that may create a lot of smoke or strong odors that I would rather keep out of the house. For that purpose, it’s absolutely perfect. It’s lightweight and easy to move around, but still feels sturdy and well made. I also like having two independently controlled burners, which gives me plenty of flexibility when cooking. The smooth cooktop is another nice feature and looks like it will be very easy to keep clean. Overall, this is exactly what I was looking for and I’m very happy with my purchase. This hot plate burner is really nice. It heats up quickly and when one is done and you turn it off it has a display that says hot until it has cooled down sufficiently. My stove had one burner go out so this will be a nice addition to the kitchen where I can have four burners going at the same time rather than 3 which was inconvenient as I always needed all four burners when doing a large meal. The knob on the front turns it up and down. Plug it in, hit the right button to turn on. Hit the left button to get temp going and then turn the dial on the front to adjust up or down. So far I like this cooktop. I'm used to using induction and find it clean, predictable and efficient. I enjoy that this induction cooktop has a temperature probe. I find it useful for slow cooking or when I need to hold exact temps. If there is a small area for improvement, it’s the length of the power cord.
