The table runners were purchased to use not as table runners but as window treatments. The runners are lined in solid white and so were perfect to be stapled to boards and used as valances on my 2 bathroom windows. They were altered slightly to make them the right length. I often use runners as window valances as they are lined and finished and I don’t have to buy fabric for the good side and lining fabric for the back.
