Manual cutting is not only costly and inefficient, but also the thickness of the finished product is not evenly distributed. This slicing machine will bring you the best slicing effect. The fixed 10mm slicing thickness can be sliced with just gentle pressure, and the finished food is not only even in size, but also cleaner and more hygienic. It will be your ideal choice!

I took a star off for the fact you can’t adjust the thickness of you cut but that’s all that I wish I would have read better. ***BEWARE***. This thing is SHARP! I’ve been shopping around for a mandoline for a few months and always was chucking to myself with pics of people and cut fingers.... well first use and I sure did cut the tip of my finger. For the price if your okay with one thickness I highly recommend it.. Steven. Dillon, CO. Fri Jul 17 2020
