Easter Doilies

I returned these doilies to an address a Wayfair employee rep gave me i paid for the return to UPS. I GOT A TRACKING MUMBER AND AFTER SBOUT 7 months of trying to locate the return UPS told me thare was no such address I was sick of calling, emailing and writing to you. My total before tax was 47.06. Do you think you could track it down and issue me credit I still Want to order more products but every time I do and I think of this it really makes me angry.
