These dishes are beautiful! I would have given them 5 stars but 8 of the dinner plates in the 12 place settings I ordered were very noticeably defective in the paint on the perimeter. However, Wayfair was extremely courteous and is sending out 8 more and asked for a quality control check before shipping. That kind of customer service makes all the difference. This is the stoneware set I always dreamed of having- one with character and presence. I have had glazed stoneware that was so bland. This set is very beautiful-the glaze is simple. And the dark flecks are gorgeous. They have a Studio Blue- I found that a bit too busy. But the Studio Grey is actually shades of blue. The Light Grey is a grey blue. And the dark grey is a deeper shade of grey blue. I bought a set of extra bowls and dinner plates in the darker grey- PERFECTION! Looks great with my new kitchen. Can it comment of wear and tear. But these are hefty and deserve any extra care required. Very neatly Stackable. Love these dishes!!! And the packing is so over the top wrapped- not a single one was chipped or had imperfection. A on every aspect.. Mardy R. Nw Connecticut. Sat Feb 24 2024

I love the stoneware, but unfortunately I have to return the service for 4 because they don't fit in our dishwasher. The curved edge takes up more space. Measure the depth before purchasing. I'm so disappointed because I absolutely love the style, color and design.. Karlene. Lancaster, PA. Fri Dec 26 2025

With a beautifully soft textured glaze combined with Denby iconic shapes creating a collection that is simple and easy to live with either as a standalone collection or complemented by other colors. These dishes are absolutely beautiful. The images are pretty spot on. They are a dark grey but have a bluey tint to them, and the speckle is such a unique touch. They are definitely expensive, but worth the investment if you are looking for a good set to last you. I am very happy with my purchase!. Rachel. Milton, ON. Thu Apr 09 2026

Blue Haze ceramics are hand-crafted using iron-rich clay, which makes them as durable as they are beautiful. Like all of our made in England stoneware, they're covered by a ten-year guarantee and are a long-lasting conscious choice for your home.

Very nice quality. Has a nice weight to it without being overly heavy. The colors are beautiful and it has a deep blue to it, with a shiny finish. I've actually been using the small plate, bowl, and mug as decor (as shown in picture) It comes with one set, but would be worth getting a full set. Everything is nicely sized to use daily. Not shown is the dinner plate. I was trying it in the dishwasher and it came out just fine. Like the other review said, the lip on the plate makes it sit a bit weird in the dishwasher, but don't fall over or anything like that. Highly recommended.. David. Salem, OR. Wed Nov 02 2022
