Built for more flavor and fewer turns, the grinder features a precision machine cut, carbon steel professional mechanism for finesse and quality. Choose from multiple precise steps for pepper for a light dusting to crumb-sized granules. Rather than simply crushing the peppercorns, the advanced, machine-cut, hardened carbon steel mechanism instead strips them down by their individual layers as it grinds. As the different flavors within these layers are released they mix together to deliver the fully rounded and intense flavor of the peppercorn. This true and pleasurable flavor of the peppercorn enhances your food with a difference that you can really taste.

The Wallis Professional Nutmeg Grinder makes grating fresh nutmeg effortless. Featuring a high-quality stainless steel blade, it ensures smooth and consistent grating, releasing the full aromatic flavour of nutmeg. With an ergonomic design for comfort and ease of use, this grinder is an essential tool for enhancing sweet and savoury dishes.

What a fantastic kitchen gadget for anyone who loves to cook! I thought I owned every kitchen tool imaginable, but I didn't have a nutmeg grinder. I'm a big fan of the Cole & Mason brand and have used several of their salt and pepper shaker sets for years, so I was excited to try this. Freshly ground nutmeg is so much better than store-bought pre-ground nutmeg, especially in cream sauces and baked goods. Before getting this, I was using a rasp, which often led to scraped knuckles or caught fingernails whenever the nutmeg slipped. This grinder completely solves that problem. You simply fill it with whole nutmegs, lift the handle to position one against the blade, and turn. It produces a perfect, fine grate every time. It’s well-made, easy to use, and a wonderful addition to any kitchen! I'm so glad I got this before the holidays...I'm going to be using it a lot for pumpkin pie and in my mac & cheese sauce!. I got the 6” style. I know they have taller mills but I just wanted a simple set to keep on the kitchen table. These are not heavy, even filled. They are made of acrylic. Because of that I would be careful about them getting placed down hard on the table or falling onto the floor. They are a beautiful rich red burgundy. Just twist for fine or untwist for coarse results. Easy-peasy. There is a clear “P” and an “S” engraved on the top of the twist knob. I had to use a narrow spoon to guide the salt and pepper into the mills. Sightly narrow opening but not too difficult to maneuver. Happy with these, the style, the look screams elegance.. Kimberly.
