Pour drippings straight from the roasting pan through the detachable charcoal silicone lid, which strains out herbs, giblets and other solids. The Tovolo Prep N Rinse Flat Colander sits right in the sink and turns it into a hands-free station for rinsing berries, fruit and vegetables. Built-in feet raise the produce above the sink surface, so water drains through beneath it instead of pooling around the food. Large elongated holes empty quickly after soaking, and their slit shape holds back small berries. The smooth interior is gentle on delicate fruit and helps prevent bruising. Raised edges keep produce from tumbling into the sink, and a built-in pour spout directs the water out. Wide edges give a secure hold over the sink.
