These are a variety of sizes, which is good, but I really like the largest size the best. Currently I have a head of lettuce wrapped in it. It seems to be keeping fresh. Its been a week now since I washed it. I have lemon slices in the smallest wrap and a cheese block end wrapped in the middle size. They all seem to be keeping them wrapped up and fresh...the cheese hasn't been used in a few days and it seems a little soft and lighter in color like it may be getting old...overall, very easy to "soften and shape" in your hand and place on any food product or use as a lid..
