This dinnerware set arrived packaged very well. Plates were secured with foam between them and plastic wrap. The color is very pretty. The shades of blue are like a sunburst of color. The color is brighter in person. I love the way the sides come up, food does not slide off. The bowls are a great size. The smaller plate is a perfect size for lunch and snacks.
