Bon Chef has been manufacturing for the food service industry for over 40 years. Bon Chef's displayware is designed for commercial use, heavy 18/8 stainless steel. Handling instructions: Do not soak in water with other metal objects. Carefully clean after use. Wash in hot water with a non-abrasive non-corrosive cleaning agent. Rinse in water of at least 180 degrees. A wetting agent or water softener may be required if using water with high mineral content. Avoid prolonged contact with acid substances (ex. lemon/vinegar) avoid using cleaning solutions containing ammonia or lemon. Avoid using any form of chlorine bleach which will discolor stainless steel. Dry immediately.

Outer air chamber prevents the platter from creating condensation while keeping the inner chamber gel frozen. Great product for your next picnic or party requiring no ice to keep your food cold. Handling instructions: Never place your Cold Wave platter in an oven, microwave or any other heat source this may damage your platter. Dish washer safe or hand wash. Never use abrasive scouring pads or cleaners. Always add food that is pre-chilled to proper temperatures.

The underliner is designed to hold the platter. Handle Bon Chef melamine display ware like any quality ceramic display ware. Use only plastic soap pads or plastic bristles to remove dried foods. If necessary, you may presoak your melamine in a plastic safe solution. Do not place melamine in an oven or stovetop. Do not microwave. Do not use chlorine bleach. Do not use steel wool, metal scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 200 degrees. Do not use serrated knives.
