Just what I was looking for! Wash great in dishwasher too. Heavy enough but not too heavy to be considered a bother to eat with. Now going to replace the spoons and knives to match. These forks are not 18/8, they are 18/10. You can check the Bon Chef website. I'm so glad I did because I bought them and I LOVE them. They are a very close match to four similar forks I have that I only use for steak. Unless you put them side by side, you wouldn't even know.
