I have used this for many batches of canning by this point, and it works very well. I can do relatively large loads at a time. I can get the water high enough for Quart sized jars too, but you need to manage the boil so it doesn't get too aggressive and spill out. I feel like this has been pretty versatile for me, and I don't have to worry about enamel flakes from those enamelware waterbath canners in something like this. I also love that this is induction compatible, because I had actually purchased this before replacing my stove and hadn't even taken that into consideration at the time. But this works beautifully on my new stove, though it does take up a large amount of real estate on my stove when in use.. Sara. Radford, VA. Mon Oct 12 2026

I like the pressure cooker. The only thing is you can’t use it on an induction burner. I was going to return it because I like the induction burners they heat up faster and it brings things to a bowl faster but it’s too much trouble to return so I’ll just use it on my regular burners..
