I’m pretty happy with this so far. It came with a recipe book and I made something from it. I made 3 flavors of their bacon jerky. On the 12 trays, I could fit about 3.5 lbs because you need one tray to catch drippings. I did three flavors and I didn’t want them to mix so I had to use three shelves s drip trays. If not, I imagine I could’ve done up to 5 lbs. Easy to use. SUPER easy. Quiet. It gets hot around it so I prepared mine on a table in the garage. Looks great, too!. Abigail. The Woodlands, TX.
