Great set . I have this set in a service for 12. Lost one place setting due to an accident. Ordered this one place setting and was pleased with the one received, except the small plate was a bread and butter plate, not a salad plate. I need the salad plate. But overall a good choice and recommend this pattern.. Mark. Sat Aug 15 2026

Like this 4-piece place setting from the Charlotte Street West Collection, crafted of microwave and dishwasher-safe durable white ceramic porcelain. Bon appetit!

At first, I was very disappointed. Very minimal packaging meaning the dish set was not protected AT ALL!! We received 4 of these in the mail and they ended up going directly into storage. We waited 10 months before opening... our fault for not opening before. However, once we opened and discovered that there was 1 broken plate, I called customer service. To my surprise, customer service was AMAZING. They lady I dealt with was super helpful and even replaced the 1 salad plate the came broken. I am so happy with the customer service I received. I will always be shopping at Wayfair.. Anna. Sioux Falls, SD. Wed Dec 04 2019
