I am really happy with this comal set. It heats up fast and cooks evenly, and it feels solid and well built. The stainless steel comal has a great weight to it, and the burner is strong enough to cook anything without struggling. The adjustable height is a great touch and makes it comfortable to use whether you are cooking a quick meal or something that takes more time. My wife has already used this comal to make enchiladas with my mom, and the taste came out amazing. They also used it for other Hispanic dishes like carnitas, fajitas, and even toasting tortillas. Everything cooks with a really nice even heat, and nothing sticks or burns as long as you watch the flame. The wide cooking surface gives you a lot of room, which is perfect when you are cooking for family or making several items at once. It is also very easy to clean. The stainless steel washes off smoothly with just warm water and soap. The stand feels stable and safe, and the whole setup looks great outdoors.
