I think it is really cool that this is an option. This was my first attempt at making dough so I think the texture may have been a bit overly thick for this processor. This item should work as you would hope, if you are someone who is used to making pasta. Placing it in the top portion of my mixer took some adjusting. It would be great if there was an actual hole for the screw to go into. It also is kind of difficult to clean, especially if you are in a rush to tidy up your kitchen.
