About This Product

Cosmopolitan™ is an artful recreation of brushed concrete. Rich colors elevate urban living with a modern sensibility. An approachable matte finish allows the collection to complement a range of interior aesthetics.

Features

  • Has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations.
  • Pre-consumer recycled content - 4%.
  • This Product has PEI Rating of 4 (endurance and hardness indicator), and therefore is suited for all residential uses (walls and floors) and light-duty commercial applications
  • Abrasion resistance C1027 - IV.
  • Breaking strength C648 - 250 lbf.
  • Chemical resistance C650 - resistant.
  • Water absorption C373 - less than 5%
  • DCOF AcuTest WET - ≥.60
  • Emser recommends a 0.5 or greater DCOF for commercial dining floors.
  • Larger format tiles will have a higher thickness.
  • Note - do not dry-cut porcelain or ceramic tiles when installing due to the potential for exposure to silica dust. Use a wet saw or a score and snap tool when cutting.
