Inspired by the Italian spirit of *la dolce vita*, the Amici Knife Series celebrates the joy of life's simple pleasures—like preparing nourishing meals to share with family and friends. Blending the warm beauty of Mediterranean olive wood with the legendary precision of a WÜSTHOF forged blade, the Amici 2-Piece Essentials Knife Set is designed to be your everyday kitchen companion. Beautifully crafted and exceptionally functional, it's our way of doing simple, exceptionally well.
Each knife is precision-forged from a single piece of WÜSTHOF steel for outstanding strength, balance, and lasting sharpness. The 8" Chef's Knife features a razor-sharp blade that feels agile, intuitive, and effortless to control. A full bolster—the thicker section between the blade and handle—provides added balance while helping protect your fingers during slicing, chopping, and dicing. Finished with a uniquely grained Calabrian olive wood handle, each knife offers natural water resistance, antibacterial properties, and an ergonomic shape that fits comfortably in hands of all sizes.
The included 3.5" Paring Knife is ideal for detailed prep work, from slicing garlic and peeling potatoes to coring apples and trimming fruits and vegetables. Its compact, precision-sharpened blade delivers exceptional control for delicate tasks, while the full bolster enhances comfort and safety with every cut.
Elegant enough to display and durable enough for everyday use, the Amici 2-Piece Essentials Knife Set brings timeless craftsmanship and effortless performance to every meal.
