Customers appreciate the product's perfect size, attractive appearance, and sturdy construction, noting it fits well on countertops and complements kitchen decor. The item functions well, keeping bananas elevated and holding a good amount of fruit. However, some users have experienced issues with stability, reporting that the product can tip over if not balanced with fruit in the basket when bananas are hung.
