Heavy-duty, 7" and 6" cast-iron burner plates by Waring® heat up quickly and evenly. There's a 1300-watt large plate for fast cooking and a 500-watt small plate for simmering and warming (1800 total watts). Both plates have heating elements embedded in the cast iron for maximum heat distribution and quick heat-up time. Brushed stainless steel housing is easy to clean.
