Customers praise the product for its beautiful, vibrant colors, lovely appearance, and good overall quality. Many find the size ideal for coffee or tea, while others appreciate the comfortable weight and well-made design. However, some customers note issues with chipping, water retention in unglazed bottoms, and occasional sizing discrepancies.
