The Tovolo Elements Whiskey Ice Mold Set is a set of 3 charcoal silicone trays that make two kinds of craft ice. One tray makes six jumbo 2 inch square cubes for cocktails built in the glass and everyday drinks. Two sphere trays each make two 2.5 inch round ice balls, ideal for neat pours and on-the-rocks whiskey in a rocks glass. Both formats are thick, large pieces of ice that melt more slowly than standard ice maker cubes. That keeps whiskey, bourbon, Scotch, and an Old Fashioned cold while limiting dilution, so each drink keeps its intended flavor. The flexible, BPA-free silicone releases intact cubes and spheres with gentle pressure, so the ice will not split, shard, or crack. The trays stack to save freezer space, and everything goes in the dishwasher.
