Tovolo Flex-Core Slotted Deep Spoon All Silicone for Draining and Serving, Oyster Gray

The Tovolo Flex-Core Slotted Deep Spoon All Silicone lifts pasta, beans and vegetables out of the pot while the cooking water drains back through the slots. Its deep bowl holds more food per scoop than a shallow slotted spoon, so you plate full portions in fewer passes. A nylon core inside the head adds rigidity for stirring thick stews and chili, while the flexible silicone edges glide along pot bottoms and bowl sides. The spoon measures about 14.25 inches long and 4 inches wide, with a long handle that reaches into deep pots. The silicone is heat safe to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and will not scratch nonstick, ceramic or cast iron. It is BPA-free, resists stains and odors, and is fully dishwasher safe.
