The Tovolo Flex-Core Silicone Fork takes on a long list of cooking jobs with one utensil. It twirls spaghetti, tosses pasta, scrambles eggs, shreds pulled pork and chicken, and folds delicate batters. The Flex-Core design runs a reinforced nylon core through the head, giving the prongs enough firmness to push through thick ingredients. The silicone around that core stays flexible, so it is gentle on soft foods and will not scratch nonstick, ceramic or cast iron pans. Tapered prongs grab noodles and lift them cleanly from pot to plate. The BPA-free silicone is heat resistant to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. One-piece construction leaves no gaps for food to collect, and the stain and odor resistant silicone is dishwasher safe.
