Tovolo Elements Steamer Basket 9, Stainless Steel

The Tovolo Elements Steamer Basket 9 is a folding stainless steel basket for steaming vegetables, dumplings, fish and meat. It opens to a 9 inch diameter, giving you room for a generous batch, then folds flat so it tucks into a drawer or cabinet when the cooking is done. Small drain holes release water while keeping food from slipping through into the pot below. A center post lets you lift the basket in and out of a hot pot, and silicone feet will not scratch your pots and pans. The durable stainless steel will not rust, warp or bend with regular use, and the basket is heat resistant to 400 degrees F. Cleanup is easy by hand or in the dishwasher.
