Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting its vibrant colors and substantial feel. Many appreciate the ample number of pieces and the included serving dishes. However, some experienced issues with breakage during shipping and reported that the items are prone to chipping, especially with daily use. The weight, while appreciated by some for its perceived durability, was considered excessive by others.
