Customers generally praise the product for its attractive appearance and excellent value, noting its quality construction and modern design. Many reviewers appreciate the generous quantity of pieces included in the set, making it a great option for hosting. However, some customers have expressed mixed opinions regarding the color, with several noting it is more of an off-white or cream rather than a bright white. Additionally, a recurring concern is that the dinnerware is quite heavy.
