Customers praise the product's appearance, color, durability, design, and quality, noting its beauty, modern aesthetic, and sturdiness. Many reviewers find the set to be heavy-duty and high-quality, with a rich color that enhances table settings. Some customers, however, mention that the plates are very flat, potentially leading to spills, and that the unpolished rim has an uncomfortable texture.
