Customers praise the product's durability, weight, and attractive appearance, noting its high quality and versatile use for both casual and formal occasions. The size of the plates and bowls is generally considered ideal, with the soup bowls being a particular favorite for their larger capacity. However, some reviewers found the bowls to be shallow, and there were mentions of the product scratching easily.
