Customers find the product easy to assemble and appreciate its attractive appearance and nice color. The quality is generally considered good, with the velvet texture being a pleasant feature. The trundle is functional and easy to use, making it a great addition for sleepovers or when a child needs comfort. However, some reviews mention that the sides and trundle could benefit from padding as they are quite hard.
