Our made-in-France silpat™ medium-size mat is perfect for eating pizza, baking cookies, chicken, vegetables, and more! Its 9 7/16" x 14 3/8" dimension is great for making delicious dishes and pastries. No need to use butter, grease, oils, or sprays: baked foods will easily and evenly slide off the mat. Although hand washing is the preferred method of cleaning, you can also place the mat in the dishwasher. Once the mat is dry, roll it up and put it away. Our mat is microwave safe and can also go in the freezer. The temperatures range from -40°f to 500°f. Forget about parchment paper and start saving: our Silpat mat is reusable and very durable.
