Customers find the product to be sturdy and visually appealing, with many praising its attractive appearance and solid construction. The ease of assembly is frequently highlighted as a positive aspect. However, opinions are mixed regarding comfort, with some finding the cushions too thin or firm and the back support lacking, necessitating the purchase of additional pillows. The size is also a point of contention, with some customers finding it smaller than expected, while others appreciate its compact dimensions for specific spaces.
