Customers praise the product's functionality, sturdiness, and accessibility, noting it effectively utilizes blind corner cabinets and eliminates the need to reach into the back. However, installation can be more difficult than expected, and some users report a loss of vertical space due to the mechanics. Opinions on appearance are mixed, with some finding it good-looking while others received the incorrect version.
