Customers generally find the product to be a beautiful and well-made piece, with many praising its appearance and suitability for entryways and smaller spaces. The value for money is frequently highlighted, with customers feeling it is worth the price. However, assembly is a significant concern for many, with reviews frequently mentioning difficult, time-consuming, and poorly illustrated instructions, often requiring two people or power tools. Some customers also noted issues with the quality of the wood, describing it as soft, lightweight, or prone to damage, and experienced problems with wobbly legs or misaligned drawers.
