• FOR CLIENTS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA: Please be advised that custom fees might be added to the delivery cost of your purchase upon reception in your country. Make sure to inquire about possible extra costs with your local post office prior to ordering to better assess the total amount of your purchase.
• Cowhide rugs are the skin of what was at one point a living animal. Our cowhides are high-quality tanned at one of the best tanneries in the world and each cut by hand. Irregularities in color and surface structure are due to leather’s natural finish and should be regarded as a quality feature while also underlining its natural characteristic. All our cowhides are by-products of the meat industry which means the animal was not killed in order to obtain its hide.
• Returns are accepted. All we ask from our clients is that if they receive the product and feel that it does not go with their décor that they return it right away so that we can resell that product without signs of it having been used before.
