Heksa™ porcelain tile features a distinct and chic geometric hexagon, as timeless as it is efficient in design. The iconic honeycomb pattern adds an edge when creating unique designs, versatile for any room.
Features
- Has a PEI III rating; suitable for medium-duty residential floors including kitchens, halls, corridors, and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt.
- Faces: 1
- This Product has a PEI Rating of 3 (endurance and hardness indicator) and therefore is suited for residential countertops, walls, and medium-traffic floors.
- Abrasion resistance C1027: III
- Breaking strength C648: Greater than 350 lbs
- Chemical resistance C650: Resistant
- Water absorption C372: Less than 0.5%
- Matte finishes with a shade 1 rating
- Emser recommends a 0.5 or greater DCOF for commercial dining floors.
- Larger format tiles will have a higher thickness
- Do not dry-cut porcelain or ceramic tiles when installing due to the potential for exposure to silica dust. Use a wet saw or a score and snap tool when cutting.
