Customers praise this product for its attractive appearance, spacious capacity, and practical functionality, noting that it effectively organizes and holds a large number of spice bottles while looking great in the kitchen. The size is also appreciated for accommodating various items. However, customers have mixed opinions about sturdiness, as many find the flexible chicken wire shelves flimsy, causing jars to wobble, lean, or topple over.
