Customers find the product to be very comfortable, soft, and a good size, fitting well on beds. The material is described as plush and soft, and the color is appealing, with some noting it is a charcoal grey rather than blue-grey. The product also features convenient side pockets. However, one reviewer wished for a slightly firmer feel.
