Customers appreciate the product's attractive design and appearance, noting that it complements their decor well. The functionality is generally praised, with many finding it easy to tear off sheets. The available colors are also a positive point, with reviewers mentioning how well they match existing fixtures. The style is described as elegant and simple. However, some customers find the product to be lightweight and occasionally wobbly, which can make it difficult to tear off towels with one hand.
