The Rada Cutlery Meal Prep Gift Set includes a Granny Paring (2-3/8 inch blade), a Heavy Duty Paring (3-1/4 inch blade), a Super Parer (4-3/8 inch blade), and a Vegetable Peeler (1-3/4 inch blade). The reverse-curved Granny Paring handles small detail work, the Heavy Duty Paring and Super Parer take on larger produce, and the swiveling, dual-edged Vegetable Peeler works for right- and left-handed cooks. The blades are surgical-quality T420 high-carbon stainless steel, hollow ground for a sharp edge, and the straight-edge blades are hand-sharpened and can be resharpened at home. The knives are available with silver handles of permanently cast brushed aluminum with a satin finish or black handles made from stainless steel resin. The set comes in a gift box with a form-fitting insert that also works for knife storage. Rada recommends hand washing and drying promptly. Rada has made its cutlery in the USA from American materials since 1948, and every piece is backed by the Rada lifetime guarantee against defects in material and workmanship.
