Inspired by Chicago's cloud gate, the logan imparts the fluid shape of the sculpture in its curves. The seamless, refined surface and concave form achieve the effect of a tub that cradles you into comfort. Taking a cue from Chicago's monumental mirrored sculpture, the Logan is a stunning centerpiece for personal reflection. Located at millennium park, cloud gate is a liquid mercury-inspired sculpture created by Indian-born British artist Anish Kapoor. The 110-ton oblique art piece is made up of numerous highly polished stainless steel plates which reflect Chicago's renowned skyline. Cloud gate’s mirror-like surface draws in visitors every day, inviting them to touch the smooth figure and see their image reflected at them. Measuring 66-feet long by 33-feet high, this sculpture is the largest of its kind in the world and is a must-see when visiting the windy city.
